A Kalakshetra-trained Bharatanatyam dancer with an M.A. in Psychology, Tripura trained at the Hancock Center for Creative Arts Therapies (USA) and has worked across halfway homes, special schools, rehabilitation centers, retirement homes, and clinical spaces. She is also the co-founder of CMTAI, an award-winning innovator in dance therapy, and the author of My Body, My Wisdom.
