The Enabling Leadership Global Ambassador Program (ELGAP) is a unique youth leadership development initiative that helps students learn leadership by doing. Through mentoring, community projects, fundraising, and digital outreach, students gain hands-on experience solving real-world challenges while developing essential future-ready skills. As an EL Global Ambassador, you will mentor younger students, work alongside peers who care about creating change, receive guidance from accomplished industry professionals, and become part of a growing network of young leaders making a difference in their communities.
