Behind every number is a story — of young people stepping up, teams coming together, mentors sharing their experience and communities creating change. As Knowledge Partner, we’re excited to be part of that journey — helping Fellows learn, tell their stories, share their experiences and connect with a wider community of young changemakers.

About ELGAP

Enabling Leadership’s Global Ambassador Program (ELGAP) is a youth leadership development programme that uses service and community action as a powerful way to build leadership skills.

As an ELGAP Fellow, you will work with a team of underserved students, helping them design, develop, and pitch a community project. Along the way, you’ll learn from an industry mentor while developing skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, fundraising and digital storytelling.
